Argentine Tango World Cup Amateur Division
The amateur division, whether a newcomer (bronze), intermediate (silver) or tango aficionado (gold) dancer is defined as: anyone who is not making a financial living off of teaching, performing or taxi dancing in dance.
Single Dances & Championships
The ATWC uniquely offers two competitions in one: Single Dances and Championships. Single dances, a competitive short program, offers competitors to compete and place in a tango, milonga or vals by level. Championships are grande titles, competed and placed in a traditional tanda set of three dances, are available in a variety of styles.
Multiple Entries
The ATWC offers competitors a selection of categories to enter. Choose which styles you would like to express yourself in.
International Partnerships Welcome!
The ATWC offers competitors from any country worldwide to enter.
Entry Price per Couple
Single dances are $25 ( a minimum of three are needed to enter).
Championships are $70 per category/division (excluding stage).
Stage Championships and Juniors Showcase are $100 per piece.
